[GFCA] Proposed GFCA Constitution

Coaches,

Attached you will find the proposed GFCA Constitution created by the
Constitution & Bylaws Committee.   The first document is the Constitution
proposal.  The second document is every change the committee is proposing to
the current constitution - special thanks to Cheryl Stanga for compiling
these changes.

The committee was made up of the following:
Cheryl Stanga, Marist School (Chairperson)
Mario Herrera, Henry W. Grady HS
Laura LaChappelle, Jackson HS
Jeffrey Miller, Fayette County HS
Bill Swafford, Lee County HS

The GFCA wanted to start discussion on the Constitution as we move forward
with this process. We will spend the next week discussing the proposed
Constitution and thoughts we have on the document.  The new list serv as the
forum for this discussion.  To email the list serv, send an email to:

We will begin voting on the proposed Constitution on *September 8. More
details will be announced soon regarding voting. *
