[GFCA] Additional Grady Tournament Information

*JV Policy Debate and Student Congress havebeen added to the Grady
Tournament, as requested by a few Georgia schools.  Just wanted to let
everyone know, and don't forget the deadline for the tournament is 11/9/10,
and that the tournament has been designated a* *National Individual Events
Tournament of Champions Qualifier.
