[GFCA] Voting on the By-Laws

Coaches,

We have opened voting on the proposed By-Laws of the Georgia Forensic
Coaches' Association.  All debate schools will be allowed to vote on the
initial voting.  The voting can be found at the following website:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/52FK9BX

The voting block will conclude on *Monday October 25* at *5:00pm.  *

You are voting on the by-laws that were sent out on Monday. Please note: The
only change that has been made since Monday is on page 13 where Adam found
the typo in 4.37a. The sentence now reads, "8-15 entries requires a
semifinal round." Another copy of the bylaws are attached.
