[GFCA] The By-Laws

Coaches,

The wait for the By Laws are finally over.   The Executive Committee was
able to work with the By Law Committee's draft to make it the best possible
governing document for our community.

Attached is the final draft of the By-Laws.  Each forensic program is
allowed one vote towards the By Laws.  The By Laws Voting will open on
Wednesday morning.  I will send out one more email on Wednesday October 20th
explaining the process.  Voting will last until Monday October 27th at
4:00pm.

The voting will require a Yes/No response to each By Law.  There will also
be a "Comment Section" for any no votes.  If a by-law does not pass, the
GFCA will release the comments anonymously to the community so we can
further discuss how to perfect our by-laws.

Please use the next three days to read carefully over the by-laws before the
voting opens.

Thanks everyone for their contributions, support and patience as the GFCA
Executive Committee and Constitution/ByLaws Committee prepared this
document.
