[GFCA] By Laws

[Jeffrey Miller]

The Executive Committee will need to extend the By Laws discussion until
Wednesday.  I will email out the bylaws on Wednesday evening with voting
instructions.

Coaches will have from October 14 to October 19 to vote for the each
section.

We will announce results on October 20 via the website and list serv.
